We pride ourselves on sourcing the finest free range meats from around the country. Our selection process is taken to the highest standards and we work closely with our suppliers. We use traditional butchery techniques in order to carefully butcher and select the carcasses for our butchery. Our small team of dedicated, skilled and knowledgeable butchers prepare all of our meats in store including our sausages and traditional meat products. We all share the same beliefs of high animal welfare and quality farming methods.
