Spring has sprung and the daffodils are in full bloom. This Easter we have some great Pevensey Marsh lamb from Martin Hole in Kent. Our Red Poll beef from Essex is currently ageing and will be ideal for the traditional beef roast. Or our free range pure breed Old Spot pork from Robert Chamley in Essex is always a firm favourite and makes great crackling.
